Chris Reed

Since graduating with a degree in Biology in 1980, Chris has enjoyed an interesting and varied career, spanning the fields of research biochemistry, sailing, photo-journalism and management. Despite such diversity, there is one consistent theme running through all of Chris’s professional pursuits – that of training and developing individuals, groups and organisations.

After working for six years as a line-manager and project manager for a major Utility Company Chris left to set up his own consulting business. In 1995 he gained a Masters degree in Organisational Development and Training at Bristol University. Since then, and as a lead consultant with Denison Williams he has worked with a wide variety of organisations in the public and private sectors, including the Ministry of Defence, the Environment Agency, British Airways, KPMG and First Great Western.

Chris’s main aim is to improve individual, team and organisational performance so they are better able to adapt to the ever changing world and to be better able to shape their own futures.
